<aside> 💡 Purpose There are various notifications that you can set up for users on Fetch - this page allows you to select which notifications you would like to send to which staff, as well as which method they should be sent through.

This is where you can configure which staff will receive automatic alerts for different notification types.

For each notification type, you can configure:
Which staff you want to receive alerts
Through which medium (SMS or email)
For which events (if your property have multiple events)
Rating & Comment Alert Recipients We automatically alert your staff in real time when you receive a new rating or comment from your on-site survey (as well as your post-stay survey and online reviews where relevant).

In-bound Message Alert Recipients
We can also configure which staff you want to receive messages when there are in-bound SMS or Emails which are not a survey rating or comments.

Created Ticket Alert Recipients
Decide which staff you want to receive a notification every time a ticket is manually created (aka not triggered by a guest message). This includes recurring and scheduled messages.
