<aside> 💡 Purpose You can use Fetch to receive ratings across many events (e.g. On-Site Survey, Post-Stay Survey or Online Review). On this page, you can select which ratings are high priority ratings that you would like to:

1. Create a ticket for, and
2. Receive notifications for

<aside> 📍 Navigation Enter this page either from the ‘Customization Centre’ card or ‘Notification Settings’ card on the Dashboard. Click to bell icon for any of the events to access the notification settings for that event.

<aside> 📒 Note: Be sure to always click “Save” after your changes to ensure they’re saved.

Selecting Ratings To Be Notified For You will only receive notifications for ratings that you deem to be “high priority”. This is where you select those ratings.

• There will be a checkbox for each rating option on your particular survey’s scale (the example depicted above is our 1-10 scale).
• Simply select the checkbox to activate notifications for the correlated rating directly below that bubble. Click again to deactivate it.

  • If the bubble is filled in with blue, that means it is activated.

  • If the bubble is blank, that means it is deactivated.

    

Notification Recipients You can customize exactly who is receiving these email notifications. To do this, please refer back to the “Account Details” section.
