This provides guidance on how to use the Fetch app's reporting features. It explains how to manually generate customized reports on ticket management activity, detailing the various parameters that can be set to filter the data. These reports are sent via email as .csv file attachments.

<aside> 📍 Navigation

In the menu simply go to Ticket Management. Click the More button just beside the Create Ticket button. From there you will see an option to Manual Export or Automated Export.

Manual Exports

You can generate any custom reports of ticket management activity at any time via the manual export in the More button.

Create the perfect Report:

When you click “Email Report” it will generate an email report of any tickets that meet the criteria you have selected. Typically takes less than 5 seconds before you’ll see it in your inbox as a .csv file attached to an email.
