The Staff Broadcast feature allows you to send targeted messages directly to individual staff members or entire departments. Whether it's an urgent alert or a routine reminder, you can ensure your team stays informed. Send one-time or recurring messages effortlessly, keeping communication clear and efficient.

How It Works

The Staff Broadcast feature allows you to send messages to staff members or departments in just a few simple steps:

1. Create a New Broadcast – Click "New Broadcast Message" to start.

1. Name Your Broadcast – Give it a clear and recognizable name.

2. Set the Timing:

   • Now – Instantly deliver the message.
   • Schedule – Choose a specific date and time (For Single Broadcast)

   

   • Recurring Schedule – Set up automatic messages to be sent at regular intervals. (For Recurring Broadcasts)
     • If you want the message to be sent only on specific days, simply check the box for "Should the message only send on specific days?" and select the desired days for delivery.

   

3. Compose Your Message – Enter the content you want to send.

4. Select Recipients – Choose individual staff members or entire departments.

   • Staff without a mobile number will be greyed out and cannot receive messages.

   

5. Send & Notify – Once sent, recipients will receive the message from the standard Fetch notifications number.
