You can send a text message to multiple people at once instead of having to create a ticket for every single one of them! And all responses will come right back into the ticket management dashboard.

Through the Ticket Management

To access your broadcast, go to your Ticket Management Dashboard > More button at the top of your ticket list > New broadcast Message

Building a recipient list

Step one is building the list of who will receive the broadcast. There are three ways to do this (which you can combine):

1. Add by on name: Start typing a guest’s name and they will appear in the list. Select and click “ADD”.
2. Add by phone number: type any phone number in and click “ADD”.
3. Upload a list: you can upload a file and we will automatically grab all the phone #s from it.
   1. Must be a CSV or excel file with no headers and only 1 column of just phone numbers.

Message Step two is to specify your message by typing it in the message box (up to 320 characters). When ready, click “Send” and that message will deliver to all the above recipients.

You can view your broadcast history in the right tab.
