<aside> 💡 Purpose
This aims to help with transitioning between shifts if there are ongoing tickets that need to be passed along from one staff member to another. You can just create a template here for those shift reports to be created!
</aside>
<aside> 📍 Navigation
Simply go to Ticket Management and select MORE. From there you can click NEW SHIFT REPORT.

</aside>
How it works
Click the shift report button located at the top (right) of your tickets list. → Select your shift, department (if relevant), and input your name, guest notes, staff notes, and carry over notes.
→ Once you send, it will automatically email the report to everyone who needs it and save a digital version as a closed ticket
