If you need to temporarily stop a recurring ticket without deleting it, you can use the Pause feature. This allows you to halt the ticket either indefinitely or until a specific date, giving you more flexibility and control over your scheduled tasks.

What does “Next Create Date” mean?

When you create a recurring ticket—whether daily, weekly, or monthly—you’ll see the date and time when the next ticket will be generated based on the schedule you set. For example, if you schedule a ticket for every Friday at 8 AM, the system will display this date just below the recurring ticket.

What does “Resume date” mean?

When selecting "Pause until", the system will show "Resume at (date and time)" just below the paused ticket. Once the chosen schedule arrives, the recurring ticket will automatically reactivate and tickets will be generated again when your scheduled date and time comes. But if you did not set a schedule on when this recurring ticket be reactivated, it will show “Not set”

Why Use This Feature?

Pausing a recurring ticket instead of deleting it ensures you don’t lose important settings or details. Whether you need to temporarily halt a task or schedule it to resume on a set date, this feature offers greater control and convenience.
