Our latest feature allows you to monitor the delivery status of One Time SMS Broadcast, Automated SMS Touchpoints message,Survey, Manual Message, Itinerary Alers, or External messages providing a clear view of whether each message has been sent and to whom.

This feature not only enhances transparency but also facilitates better coordination among staff, as they can verify message delivery and recipient details at a glance. Additionally, it supports more effective troubleshooting, enabling prompt resolution of any communication problems. Ultimately, this leads to improved guest satisfaction, as guests receive timely and accurate information without unnecessary delays or confusion.

Filtering Message History: How to Find the Messages You Need

The Message History section allows you to view all messages sent through the app. Here, you can check the status of each message—whether it was successfully sent or failed—as well as details like the recipient's phone number, message category, and the date it was sent.

How to Filter Your Messages

If you're looking for specific messages instead of scrolling through everything, the app provides several filtering options to help you find what you need quickly.

1. Filter by Message Type:

   • Click the dropdown button in the top-left corner to filter messages by category. You can choose from:

     • Broadcasts
     • Surveys
     • Manual Messages
     • Itinerary Alerts
     • External Messages

     

2. Search by Phone Number or Message Content:

   • If you're looking for a message sent to a specific phone number, use the search bar (located next to the dropdown).
   • Enter the guest's phone number or a keyword from the message, and the system will filter results accordingly.

   

3. Filter by Date Sent:

   • To find messages sent on a particular date or date range, use the date filter next to the search bar.

   

With these tools, you can easily navigate through your message history and find the exact communication you're looking for without hassle.
