Reservation Alerts

Reservation Alerts are messages that are triggered by changes in the reservation status.

<aside> đź’ˇ Purpose

Send reservation alerts such as confirmation messages or cancellation messages to keep your guests updated about the booking status of their itinerary activities in real time.

Examples:

📌 Confirmed Reservation (Spa)

"Your spa appointment is confirmed! We look forward to welcoming you at [Time]. If you have any special requests, let us know!"

📌 Completed Reservation (Tour)

"We hope you enjoyed your tour! We’d love to hear about your experience—feel free to leave a review or share your favorite moments with us!"

📌 Pending Reservation

"Your reservation is currently pending. We’ll notify you once it’s confirmed. If you have any questions, please contact us!"

How to Create a Reservation Alert

  1. In your itineraries module, go to Settings

  1. Click the "Reservation Alerts" Tab and select Create Reminder.

  1. Select the Activity Type you want to create an alert for.
