The advantage of a GEM scorecard is that it provides valuable insights into guest satisfaction levels and areas for improvement. By seeing the average score scored on each question of the survey, hotels can identify specific strengths and weaknesses in their services, allowing them to prioritize enhancements and enhance overall guest experiences.

To access the GEM Scorecard page, Click the GEM tab from the left side. Then from here, click the Analytics Dashboard.

Then click Scorecard located on the top right bar just next to Room Analysis

Here, you can view all the survey questions along with the average scores given by guests. Above, you'll find the months when these scores were recorded.

If you click the “Date Filter” button you can filter the scores by month to evaluate the performance over time. This can help determine if any changes or improvements made have had a positive impact on guest satisfaction.

You can also download this data in to a CSV file for easier report! Just click the arrow down button next to the monthly/weekly drop down.

Remember to regularly review and analyze the data from your GEM Scorecard. This will allow you to keep track of any trends in guest satisfaction and make necessary adjustments to your services. Continuous evaluation and improvement is key to maintaining high satisfaction levels among your guests.
