This feature allows you to generate and download reports easily, whether for immediate use or automated scheduling. This ensures quick access to key data for better decision-making and tracking.

To export your analytics quickly and efficiently, click the Manage Exports button located next to the Download button.

From here, you can choose to export your data manually for immediate access or set up automatic exports for ongoing reports.

Manual Exports

If you need your data right away, follow these steps to manually export:

1. Select a Date Range – Choose the specific time frame for the data you want to export.

1. Name Your Export & Select Recipients

• If the recipient is a staff member with a Fetch account, simply search for their name. (Note: Staff without an email cannot be selected.)
• To send the export to someone without a Fetch account, manually enter their email and click Add.

1. Choose a File Format – Select whether you want the export as a PDF or CSV file.
