Here, you can track the number of guests your broadcasts have reached, along with the type of message and its details. This helps you monitor engagement and ensure your messages are being delivered effectively.

Broadcast History:

The Broadcast History section allows you to review specific broadcast messages that have been sent, along with important details about their delivery and recipients.

What You Can See in Broadcast History

• Count: This shows how many people received the broadcast message. Clicking the dropdown reveals detailed recipient information, including:
  • Guest’s phone number
  • Date the message was sent
  • Message status (Sent or Failed)
• Message: You can view the actual message that was sent under the MESSAGE column.
• Created/Sent By and Sent Date: This section shows who created or sent the broadcast message and when it was sent.
• Broadcast Type: Broadcasts can be categorized into three types:
  1. Immediate: Sent instantly without scheduling. This applies when you selected "NOW" while creating a One-Time SMS Broadcast.
  2. Scheduled: A one-time SMS broadcast set to be sent at a specific date and time. This applies when you chose "SCHEDULE" while setting up the message.
  3. Automated: Automated SMS Touchpoints, scheduled to be sent at predefined intervals.
• Details & Filters: On the far right side, you’ll find a DETAILS button. Clicking it reveals all relevant broadcast details, including the filters that were applied when sending the message.

This section helps you easily track, review, and manage broadcast messages, ensuring you stay informed about your communication history.
