You have the ability to stop messages from any particular phone number from coming into the system. This can be very useful if a guest is being rude, explicit, or are displaying any other type of behaviour that your team does not want to communicate with.

Simply go to More and select “block list”. Add the phone number in question and save.

From this section, you can search for phone numbers or manually add numbers to block. You can also choose to block only inbound messages, only outbound messages, or both—giving you greater control over message filtering.
