Creating Message Templates

<aside> 💡 Purpose

You can craft automated messages tailored to diverse scenarios, covering common instances or regular guest interactions throughout their stay. These messages will run at the scheduled time every day saving you loads of time!

<aside> 📍 Navigation

In the menu, navigate to the "Messaging" tab, located just below "Ticket Management." Then, click on "Broadcasts," and from the dropdown menu, select "Recurring Broadcasts."

How to create a new broadcast message

On the right side, click Create Message

From here you can name the message, set the time wherein this message will be sent at everyday, and the contents of your message.

If you check 'Should the message only send on specific days?' you'll receive a prompt to select the specific days for sending the messages.

Below this, you can choose how to select your recipients.

  1. Click the 'Filter by Arrival/Departure Date' button.
  2. Select whether the message should be sent to guests arriving or departing.
  3. You can add additional filters below if there are specific guests to whom this message should be sent.
