We are taking all of the ratings and comments and giving you a real time pulse check on it. See an overview of all the results Fetch has collected for your property. We display your rating distribution, how many responses we have collected, and a graph to visualize the rating over time.

Performance Analysis

This section helps track how your hotel is performing over time in terms of average rating.

• The middle graph helps visualize your averages month-to-month. The blue line is the average rating for that month, and the purple line is your overall average.
• The right table helps break scores down on a weekly basis, with arrows to indicate if it is better or worse than the previous week, and the effect that had on your overall average.
• You can also download all of your results as a CSV in a single click with the “Download .CSV File” button in the bottom left corner of this section

Satisfaction Analysis This section helps track how your hotel is performing, in terms of Net Promoter Score groupings, over time.

• The left side boxes display raw numbers of promoters, passives, and detractors.
• The middle graph displays the distribution of NPS groupings on a monthly basis.
• The right table breaks NPS distribution down on a weekly basis

Recent Respondents See your most recent respondents, in chronological order, in one easy place.

• All of their information (name, email address, rating, date, and comments) are in their profile card.
• You can sort by satisfaction to help your analysis.

Filtering Using the top left bar, you can filter results to only include the last X days.
